Where to Buy
Our products are dispensed by licensed chemists. Here is how to find one, and what to check when you do.
Finding a pharmacy that stocks us
We do not run a live stock-availability tool. A tool that guessed would send you to a counter that does not have the product, so we would rather tell you how to find out for certain:
- Ask your regular chemist. If they do not stock it, they can order it from our distributor for that district.
- If they are unsure who supplies the district, write to us at lifesparkpharma@gmail.com with your district and we will point them to the right distributor.
- For prescription products, take your prescription with you. A chemist cannot dispense them without one.
What to check on the pack
- The batch number and expiry date are printed and legible.
- The manufacturer's name, address and licence number appear on the carton.
- The seal is intact and the printing is sharp.
- The composition matches what is shown on the product page.
If anything looks wrong, do not use it. Keep the pack and tell us.
A word on online sellers
We do not authorise any individual to sell our products through social media, messaging apps or unlicensed listings. Buying medicine from an unlicensed seller carries a real risk of getting a counterfeit.
