By using lifesparkpharma.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
This is a corporate information website. It describes LifeSpark Pharma Private Limited, its divisions, its products and its facilities. It is not a shop: no product can be bought through this site, and no price is published here.
3. Product information is not medical advice
Product pages summarise information from the approved pack insert. They are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician or pharmacist, and they do not cover every possible use, warning or interaction. 4. Permitted use
You may read, print and share pages for your own information or professional practice. You may not:
- copy the site's content for commercial republication without written permission;
- use our brand names, logos or pack images to promote any other product;
- scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- submit anything unlawful, misleading or infringing through our forms.
5. Intellectual property
The LifeSpark name, logo, brand names, page content, photographs and layout are the property of LifeSpark Pharma Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by Indian and international law. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use them.
6. The partner login
The partner area is for appointed distributors only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Price lists and trade terms shown there are confidential and must not be republished. We may suspend an account that is misused.
7. Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we date the figures we publish. Even so, content may become out of date between updates. Where a statement here differs from the approved pack insert or the label, the pack insert and label prevail.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability relating to product safety.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
