What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are
LifeSpark Pharma Private Limited ("LifeSpark", "we", "us") is a pharmaceutical company with its registered office at , Mumbai, Maharashtra , India. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
We only collect what a form actually needs. We do not buy personal data from third parties.

3. Health information
A side-effect report may contain information about your health. We treat it as sensitive personal data. It is accessible only to the pharmacovigilance team, is used solely to investigate and report the event, and is never used for marketing. Where we are required to report an event to a regulatory authority, we do so in a de-identified form wherever the regulation permits.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep your session and form security token working; the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are only set after you press Accept analytics on the cookie notice. Choosing Essential only means no analytics script is loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions;
- regulatory authorities, where the law or a pharmacovigilance obligation requires it;
- our professional advisers, where necessary and under a duty of confidence.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries — three years from the last contact.
- Side-effect and complaint records — for the period required by applicable pharmacovigilance regulation, which is longer than our other retention periods.
- Unsuccessful job applications — one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Distributor account records — for as long as the account is active, and then for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial records.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete it. Write to lifesparkpharma@gmail.com. We respond within 15 days. Deletion requests relating to a side-effect report may be limited where we are legally obliged to retain the record.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public web root and are not directly reachable by URL. Access to submitted data is limited to the staff who need it.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may report a side effect on a child's behalf.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
