What we look for in a distribution partner, what we provide in return, and how long appointment takes. Everything material is on this page, before you commit to anything.

Who we are looking for

  • A valid retail or wholesale drug licence in the applied territory.
  • A current GST registration.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution, or a working knowledge of the local chemist channel.
  • Adequate storage that meets label conditions for the products stocked.

  • Cancelled cheque of the firm account

Investment

There is no franchise fee. A partner's investment is in stock, and the opening order is agreed against the product basket for the territory. We discuss the indicative range on the first call, once we know which products and which district are in question — quoting a single number here would be meaningless without that.

We do not publish earnings or ROI projections. You will find profit calculators on many pharma franchise sites. We removed ours, because the number it produced was a guess with a confident interface around it. What a partner actually earns depends on their territory, their channel relationships and their effort. We will show you real trade terms in writing instead — before you commit.

Questions we are asked most

Do you charge a franchise fee?
No. A partner invests in stock, not in a joining fee.
How many partners do you appoint per district?
One. The appointment is recorded in a written agreement naming the territory and the product basket it covers.
Do I need a drug licence?
Yes. A valid wholesale or retail drug licence for the territory, plus a GST registration, is a precondition for appointment.
What returns can I expect?
We do not publish earnings or margin projections. What a partner earns depends on their own territory, effort and channel relationships. Trade terms are shared in writing during the appointment discussion.
How long does appointment take?
Typically within seven working days of receiving complete documents, subject to the territory being open.
