Core Values & Code of Ethics
What we expect of ourselves, our field force and our channel partners.
Integrity
We publish what we can prove, and stay quiet about what we cannot.
Quality
A batch either meets specification or it does not ship.
Safety
Patient safety outranks every commercial consideration.
Consistency
The tenth batch must behave exactly like the first.
Respect
Fair terms and straight answers for partners and staff alike.
Compliance
We follow the law in full, not to the minimum.
Code of Ethics
Promotion and claims
- We promote a product only for the indications it is approved for.
- We do not claim a cure. We describe indications and expected relief.
- We do not use the words "clinically proven" about a brand unless we can cite the study. Where a formulation is built on well-established actives, we say exactly that.
- Every claim we publish has a source or a date attached to it.
- We do not use discount language, urgency tactics or countdowns to sell medicine.
Interactions with healthcare professionals
- Our representatives identify themselves and the company on every call.
- We do not offer inducements in exchange for prescriptions.
- Product literature given to a prescriber matches the approved pack insert.
- Samples, where provided, are marked as such and are never for resale.
Quality and patient safety
- A batch that does not meet specification is not released, whatever the commercial cost.
- Every side-effect report is recorded, investigated and answered within a published timeline.
- We never conceal who manufactures a product or under which licence.
- Where a recall is warranted, we act first and explain afterwards.
Channel conduct
- Territory appointments are recorded in writing, not promised verbally.
- Trade terms are stated plainly before appointment, not revealed after.
- We do not project earnings, returns or margins to prospective partners. A partner's result depends on their own market and effort, and any number we invented would be a guess.
- We expect partners to buy only against proper invoices and to stock only genuine goods.
Raising a concern
Anyone — employee, partner, prescriber or patient — can raise a concern about conduct under this code by writing to lifesparkpharma@gmail.com. Concerns raised in good faith are investigated, and we do not retaliate against the person who raised them.
