How we work
We are a pharmaceutical company, which means most of what we do is governed by a written procedure and a record that has to hold up under audit. That suits people who take satisfaction in getting things right the first time.
Teams are small. A quality decision, a label change or a territory appointment involves a handful of people, not a committee. You will know what your work contributed to, and so will everyone else.
We expect the same standard of conduct from staff that we publish in our Code of Ethics. That includes the parts that cost us money — a batch that fails specification does not ship, and a target does not change that.
