How our channel works, and how to check that the supplier in front of you is genuinely appointed.
How the channel is structured
Goods move from our warehouse to an appointed distributor or stockist, and from there to licensed retail chemists. We do not sell direct to the public, and we do not supply anyone who cannot produce a valid drug licence.
Verifying a distributor
If someone offers you LifeSpark stock and you are not certain they are appointed, check before you buy. Write to lifesparkpharma@gmail.com with the firm's name and district and we will confirm in writing whether they are an appointed partner.
Two things are worth knowing: we appoint one partner per district, and stock offered below the usual landed cost is the most common sign of goods that are diverted or not genuine. Our Anti-Counterfeit Notice sets out what else to check on the pack.
For appointed partners
Current price lists, order placement, order status and promotional material are available through the partner login. Trade terms are confidential to the appointed firm and should not be circulated.
